Overview

Looking for outgoing and motivated individuals that can lead a team of sales professionals to exceed stated sales goals. Responsible for all aspects of a Boost Mobile retail store. Create a positive working environment to maximize sales and provide unmatched customer service. The District Manager is responsible for executing all operational functions to ensure store profitability. Duties include but are not limited to: hiring, scheduling, inventory management, coaching, training, marketing, loss prevention and team leadership.
Role and Responsibilities:
– Achieve district/store sales goals and performance requirements through new customer sales, accessory sales, and providing excellent customer service
– Manage the daily operations of each store including hiring, training, coaching, development and scheduling
– Create a positive winning culture and environment to ensure the success of the district
– Maintain adequate inventory levels and is responsible for loss prevention and daily/weekly/monthly inventory counts and returns
– Responsible for store planograms, store cleanliness, employee dress codes and overall brand representation
– Complete store schedules and is responsible for ensuring adequate staffing levels
– Solicit, coordinate, schedule, and participate in community events
– District Managers are required to be ‘on call’ during store operating hours
– Responsible for coaching and performance management/corrective action of all store employees in the district
The Ideal Candidate:
– Must be age 18
– High school diploma or GED required
– Multiple years of experience in retail sales or customer service background with experience in multi-unit management
– Candidates must possess proven communication and leadership skills.
– Employees must be available to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, weekends and holidays and be available “on-call” during store operating hours
– Bilingual preferred but not required
– Candidate must have reliable transportation to and from work
